Here's another interesting sign. My friend kaye contributed the photo. I was confused when I read this sign. I don't know which one is under construction, the road or the sign. Is this some kind of a text lingo??? Hehehehe maybe they lack ink? or a space for the whole phrase??? or maybe the spelling is some kinda confusing??
